Piranha Bytes and THQ Nordic created Risen role-playing game, with Deep Silver publishing it on October 2, 2009. The story happens on a volcanic island called Faranga, where ancient temples have appeared after strange events.
Risen Gameplay
Players start as a nameless hero who must survive on the dangerous island. The combat uses swords, bows, and magic spells that need proper timing to use well. You can join different groups on the island – the Bandits, the Mages, or the Warriors of the Order, each with their ways of fighting and special abilities. The story follows your character as they discover why ancient beings have returned to the island.
Risen Features
The game has a complete day and night cycle that changes how creatures and people act. Players can learn many skills like smithing, hunting, and creating potions. Each faction teaches different fighting styles and magic abilities. The island contains hidden treasures and secret places to find. You can craft weapons and armor using materials gathered from monsters and mining. The graphics show detailed buildings and natural areas across the island. NPCs remember how you treat them and react differently based on your actions. The music changes between calm and tense depending on what’s happening nearby.

How to Download and Install Risen PC Game?
We have simple instructions for downloading and installing the game on your Windows operating system Such as Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP (The procedure is the same for all operating systems.). Follow the simple instructions:
- First, click on the above download button, and download the torrent Risen.zip file on your PC.
- Right-click on the Risen.zip file and click on the “extract here” option from the dropdown menu.
- Double click on the .torrent file. Then, choose the download folder.
- After Download Completed, Open the Risen Game folder.
- Double-click on the Setup.exe file and install the game on your PC.
Done!. Now you can launch the game from your desktop.
After the installation, If you get any missing dll errors or the game is not launching, then Download Redist File and install all programs available in the “Redist” folder.
