Postal 4 puts players as “The Postal Dude,” who moves to Edensin after his trailer is stolen. The game uses a day structure, with each having different tasks from Monday to Friday. Players can finish these tasks peacefully or violently, depending on their play style. The game offers many weapons from regular guns to unusual items like cats used as gun silencers and a water pistol that can be loaded with various liquids. Movement includes walking, running, jumping, and driving vehicles around town. Voice actor Jon St. John, known from Duke Nukem, provides the main character’s voice with constant jokes and comments during play.
