Players move through a ruined Washington D.C. after the nuclear war changed everything. The first-person and third-person views let you see the broken city areas and country parts as you wish. Combat uses the V.A.T.S. method, which stops time so you can pick exact body parts to attack.
Your character grows by gaining skill points and picking perks that change how you play. You can talk, sneak, or fight your way past troubles.
The Fallout 3 GOTY Edition adds five extra story bits: Operation Anchorage puts you in a war test, The Pitt takes you to old Pittsburgh, Broken Steel continues the main tale, Point Lookout sends you to a swamp area, and Mothership Zeta has aliens grab you for tests.

How to Download and Install Fallout 3 – of the Year Edition PC Game?
